Books and Materials

- The AHA requires that each student have the current appropriate course textbook readily available for use before, during, and after a course. Students may reuse their textbooks during renewals until new science guidelines are published (AHA PAM p.42).

- If a student is in possession of the appropriate book and brings it to a class, there will be a reduced fee.

- All books and/or materials purchased separately from a class will have sales tax added.

- Books and materials are considered non-returnable items.

Time Requirements

- All quoted times are estimates. Each class is subject to change based on the conditions of the class (amount of students, first time or renewal course, etc). Please plan on staying up to an additional half hour after the quoted time.

Payments

- Every student must pay before a class is given. Craig's CPR accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and money orders. We do not accept personal checks.

Cancellations and Refunds

- Books and materials are non- returnable and non-refundable. All sales are final

- Courses:

  • For Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) courses:

    - Cancellations must be received at least 2 business days before the start date of the class. Cancellations that fall into this category will be given 30 days to reschedule and complete training otherwise they are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

    - Cancellations that are received with less than 2 business days notice before the start date of the class will receive no refund.

  • For all Heartsaver and Basic Life Support (BLS) courses:

    - If you have paid online, cancellations must be received at least 2 business days before the start date of the class. Cancellations that fall into this category will be given 30 days to reschedule and complete training otherwise no refund will be given. If you are cancelling at least 2 business days before the start date of the class and do not wish to reschedule, Craig's CPR will issue a full refund.

  • For On-Line and Skills Checks:

    - There will be NO REFUNDS for students who fail to perform the required scenarios. The money paid will be credited towards a full course at a later date. The student will be responsible for any difference in price.

All cancellations must be sent in writing either by e-mail, by fax at (626) 931-6017, or by U.S. mail addressed to Craig's CPR and First Aid Training 260 S. Glendora Ave Suite 104 West Covina, CA 91790-3041. Any refund given will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please allow two weeks for processing
